We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to assist you. please note that certain conditions apply. Review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be authorized by Crawford Packaging prior to shipment.
- A Return Authorization (RA) Number must be obtained from our Customer Care team by contacting us at orders@crawfordpackaging.com or calling 1-800-265-4783.
- The original invoice number must be provided at the time of the request.
- Most new, unopened stock items may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a restocking fee. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
2. Restocking Fees
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to standard Crawford stock items unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
- A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all Partner items unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
- Restocking charges for non-stock items will be determined by Crawford Packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom, personalized, and some non-stock items (please contact our Customer Care team for clarification).
- Products affected by extraordinary or force majeure events such as pandemics, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable circumstances once shipped and billed.
4. Return Conditions
To qualify for return and credit, the following conditions must be met:
- Goods must be returned within the eligible return window (60 days).
- Items must be in original, unused condition and in original packaging.
- The returned quantity must match the original packaging quantity.
- The RA number and invoice number must be clearly indicated on the return shipping label.
- Goods must be returned to the approved location within 10 business days of receiving the RA number.
- All returns must be sent prepaid using a trackable shipping method.
- Returned goods must arrive undamaged and in resellable condition.
- Goods damaged in transit must be signed as “damaged” by both the receiver and the carrier at the time of delivery to qualify for credit.
Crawford Packaging reserves the right to refuse or deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for credits to be applied to your account.
- Restocking fees, shipping costs, and other applicable charges will be deducted from the refund for all eligible items. These fees cover the cost of inspecting, restocking, and handling returned items.
6. Exchanges
- Defective or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded in full (no restocking fee).
- To exchange for a different product, the original item must be returned (subject to applicable restocking fees), and a new order placed.
