Account Management & Access

Registering for online ordering is quick and straightforward – whether you’re an existing customer or new to Crawford Packaging.

For Existing Customers:

If you're a current business customer accessing our platform for the first time:

  1. Click LOGIN/SIGN UP at the top of the page.
  2. Enter your business email address and select Forgot Password to receive instructions for setting your password.
  3. Once your password is set, you can log in and start placing orders.

If your account hasn’t been activated yet or you’re not the admin on your company’s account, you can still join an existing account:

  • Enter your email address and Customer ID to locate and activate your account.

For New Customers:

We’d be happy to welcome you as a customer! To get started:

  1. Click the Become a Customer button on our homepage.
  2. Fill out and submit the online registration form.
  3. You will receive an email from Crawford Packaging with a link to our credit application form.
  4. Complete the application and submit it.

One of our representatives will contact you to finalize your registration, after which you’ll receive access to our online ordering platform.

Your Crawford Packaging Customer ID can be found on any of your invoices or packing slips.

If you can’t remember your password, simply click the Forgot Password link located just below the password field on the login page.

If you’re the account Admin, you can add new users directly within the MY ACCOUNT section of our platform:

  1. Log in and click on MY ACCOUNT.
  2. From the right-hand menu, select User Management.
  3. Click Add New User and choose the appropriate user role:
    • Admin – Full access, including user management.
    • Senior Buyer – Purchasing authority.
    • Junior Buyer – No purchasing authority, but can build shopping lists and submit them for approval and ordering
  4. Complete the required fields and click Save User.

The new user will be added to the platform and will receive access within 24 hours.

If you are an account Admin, you have the ability to manage user access within your business account.

To edit or remove users:

  1. Log in and click on MY ACCOUNT.
  2. From the right-hand menu, select User Management.
  3. Locate the user you wish to update:
    • Click the edit icon to update their details or change their role.
    • Click the trash icon to remove the user from your account.

Email addresses are linked to your business account and user profile. To request a change to your email address, please contact our Customer Care team directly.

For security reasons, email updates must be handled by our support team to ensure proper verification and account integrity.

To request the addition of a new shipping address:

  1. Log in and click on MY ACCOUNT.
  2. From the right-hand menu, select Delivery Addresses.
  3. Click on the Add New Address button.
  4. Complete the form with the required details and submit it.

Once submitted, our team will review the information and contact you to validate the data. After verification, the new shipping address will be added to your account.

Billing & Payments

You can access your invoices online by following these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account using your username and password.
  2. Click MY ACCOUNT in the top-right menu.
  3. From the left-hand menu, select INVOICES.
  4. Use the date filters to choose the time range for the invoices you wish to view.
  5. Click on any invoice number to view the details. You’ll have the option to view, save, or print the invoice.

Orders & Reordering

If you need to cancel or modify items on an order that has already been submitted, please contact our Order Desk as soon as possible.

To ensure prompt assistance, have your order number and the specific item numbers ready for reference. Please note that changes may not be possible if the order is already in processing or has shipped.

When you place an online order, you should first receive an "Order Received" email confirming that your order was successfully submitted to our team.

Once our team has reviewed and begun processing the order, you will receive a second email – an Order Acknowledgment – which confirms pricing, lead time, and quantities.

If you haven't received either email, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's still missing, contact our Customer Care team to ensure your order was received.

As a registered user, your complete order history is available online through the My Orders section under MY ACCOUNT.

There, you can:

  • View all past orders, including PO numbers, order dates, and order status
  • Click into each order to see the specific products previously ordered

This makes it easy to review past purchases and reorder items as needed.

Due to the nature of our products and business, we cannot guarantee the availability of samples. However, in some cases, it may be possible depending on the specific product.

If you are set up as a Junior Buyer, you are not authorized to place orders directly. However, you can create shopping lists within the platform and submit them for approval to a Senior Buyer or Admin on your account.

If you believe your role has been assigned in error and you require ordering permissions, please contact the Admin associated with your company account to request a role change. For additional support, reach out to our Customer Care team.

Returns

If you need to return a product, please refer to our detailed Return Policy for full terms and conditions.

To initiate a return:
  1. Contact Us:
    Reach out to our Customer Service team at orders@crawfordpackaging.com or call 1-800-265-4783 to request a Return Authorization (RA).
  2. Receive Authorization:
    Once approved, you’ll be issued an RA number along with return instructions.
  3. Return Shipping:
    Unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Please ensure you review our Return Policy document before initiating a return, as certain conditions apply, and some items may not be eligible.
